Avada Kedavra!

I have just realised something which upsets me so much........................

Harry Potter fans, this will definitely a bad news for you! Warner Bros has delayed the release of HP and the Half Blood Prince from Nov to July(2009)!! If you know me well, you will know that I'm a super HP fans from the bottom of my heart.

But the good thing is, the last movie HP and the Deathly Hallows will be divided into 2 parts. The 1st part will be released on Nov 2010. It's still a long time to go but at least I don't need to say 'bye' to HP movies yet.

The young Tom Riddle.

The new Quidditch outfit..... doesn't look any better than the previous one so why bother to change??

GRUDGE

I have a stupid timetable this semester. Finally I have brought my badminton racket from KK but the stupid timetable just doesn't allow me to be sporty! My friends have been inviting me for badminton session and I don't know how many times I told them 'I have class!' ARGGGG!

Furthermore, I have brought swimming goggle as well. But but but! When I feel like swimming, the swimming pool is always dirty!

Why God? Why why why?! Am I destined not to be sporty anymore??

Oh by the way, I have won a GOLD medal for badminton mix double in my uni's sports carnival. Credits goes to my partner JunYin, he can smash with forehand like Lin Dan, smash with backhand like Taufik, and defense like Lee Chong Wei. Okay maybe I'm a bit over-praising him but he is really good.

Back to my complaints.. WHY?? I'm so looking forward to my mid sem break so that I can drive to play badminton with Shinji's car. (See? I use your car with a good purpose.)

END!

Karma or Bad Luck?

Once again, it's proven that I have the world's lousiest luck.

My stupid luck has chosen the worst question for my presentation..

ARGH I can't believe it!

Emo-ing

I need motivation and passion.
I'm losing myself again.
I feel bad, for throwing away all the responsibilities.
It's not like I can't do it.
I have had enough excuses for myself.
It's time for a change.
Yes.

It's time for a change.

The CSR Conference - Business with a Heart

The Sunway Group, CPA and KPMG are organising an Undergraduate Business Student Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), on September 06 (Sat) 2008. It is held at Sunway University College.

What is CSR? As a business student, we always learn about maximizing profit for shareholders, profit is like EVERYTHING. Somehow, organisations are slowly realising that business is not all about making money, environment and social issues are to be concerned as well. Click on Dr.Foo's blog for more details, to see how a CPA + MICPA + MIA member and the Head of department comments and promote on CSR, it's definitely more persuasive than me..

In this conference, organisations like Digi, The Body Shop, WWF, HSBC are joining us to create the awareness among the students. We are inviting students not only from business field, but YOU as well (providing you are non-business student)! This is not restricted to Sunway students only, Uni and colleges such as Metropolitan, Taylor, Monash, Inti, Help, Curtin Sarawak, Swinburne Sarawak etc are invited as well.

Registration fee is RM10, with all proceeds will go to charity. Donation box will be set up on that day. We are giving all the money collected to SMK Bandar Sunway, which is a special school for handicap students.

Join us and participate as ONE HEART!

For more information you may click HERE.

Any enquiries you may email to sunwayscsc@gmail.com. Sunway CPA Student Charter are participating as well =)

Malaysia Boleh?

It's Olympic heat now, and if you didn't watch the opening ceremony, you are so so so out man.

Although I don't have Astro at home, I still have the stupid TV1 & TV2 to let me get a glimpse of the grand Olympic.

Aunt Joann bought me a set of Fuwa at HK, it actually cost HK$100, freaking expensive for these little little Fuwa. But thanks! I love it :)

I went to the KPMG on last Friday at Bandar Utama.

The residents of NL8-01, stop asking me who stays here.

It's a new office of KPMG, really big and nice.

The meeting room

Being an intern, you have RM800. Holding a degree, you have RM2450. It's like the double of what KK's KPMG offers. I wish I have the guts to ask this big difference between KL and KK. So not fair.

SEE? For EXECUTIVE only.

Is your future lies with KPMG?

Another Birthday

Winnie had her birthday celebration on last Sunday. Another 21 year old girl is here! Let's pray so that the time will stop and I will never be 21. Yes, I'm those type of people who refuse the face the reality.

BD girl on the right.

Jing ah Jing mana u tengok?

The boys.

Once a year I get the chance
to wish you birthday cheer
It pleases me no end to say
I wish you another great year

So
happy birthday to you
from the bottom of my heart
And may good times multiply
till they are flying off the chart!

Taman Negara Trip

Okay okay, it's time to update this, a trip that I have enjoyed so much, despite its lousy accommodation.

My so-called-current-boy-friend YewJin.

Bus ride is always my nightmare, mr.driver was driving mad as if speeding with a Ferrari when passing through the curve mountain road WTF. My neighbour YewJin was blaming me for not entertaining him during the bus ride.

It was a 3 days 2 nights trip, with only RM200! And you can be Tarzan to enjoy the beautiful view! I'm sure Derek felt like home upon stepping on the land of Taman Negara, he is meant to be an orang asli from the bottom of his heart. You will know what I mean if you know him. Lol.

The first night we had jungle night walk. It's not about being superstitious, but you just have to pay the respect when you walk into the jungle at night time.

The next day we had a super jungle tracking to the top of Bukit Warisan, through STEEP hill. I had so much fun jumping around like a monkey. And you don't feel like pee-ing at all because you sweat like hell!

From the peak of Bukit Warisan.

To calculate the height of this mountain, find out how high is Mount Kinabalu, and divide it by 10.

Yvonne Liew where you looking at??

The second person from the left is Kuan, the CPA officer, had to come and babysit us.

The gang that I had so much fun with.

Group photo for 41 of us. Spot me?

After lunch we went to the canopy walk. Nothing much special, the only fun thing was making the bridge thingy swing, hehe, you know, and then some people will shout. We had rapid shooting after that. What is rapid shooting? It's about sitting on a boat, speeding upstream, and have WATER WAR. That's fun, haha, basically all of us were wet from head to toe. You just have to forget the fact that we were playing around with YELLOWISH river water.

The nosiest gang of all which likes to play killer game and talk a lot before sleep.

On the way back to Sunway, we went to a post graduate senior's dragon fruit plantation. He was being very nice to us and kept telling us to take back as much as we can. And yes, Fiona, Yvonne and I were so obedient that we took a total of 8 dragon fruits home.

We cut down the dragon fruits by ourselves!

He even bought some durians, rambutans and mangosteens for us. Ouh, my favourite....!

It will be too long-winded to describe each part, but I had fun, or perhaps we all had fun.

Let's have it again somewhere else next time, together.
